Our founders, including Will Crampton, know Asia, China, Tech, and Finance Education well.
In 1986 Will was one of the first foreign exchange students in to China, studying Mandarin Chinese, Chinese History, and Chinese Geography in Central China and traveling all over China including Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Tibet.

In the early 1990s he taught English in Sichuan for two years.

From 1988 to 1992 he studied Japanese in Japan for a year and earned 2 Master’s Degrees focused on Asia

In the mid to late 1990s he worked in America’s largest tech training company as US Eastern Regional and Manager, and Asia Pacific Regional Manager. He managed revenue streams of over $200 million USD, co-wrote the modern A+ Computer Certification program, and built the largest tech training companies in ten countries in Asia.

*He produced mobile education products with over 1.2 million paid monthly mobile subscribers by 2008, the first foreigner to achieve this
*He designed and produced an award winning mobile language training app
*He co-founded a wealth management firm that provided services to China’s newly wealthy families
*In his spare time he co-founded the Shanghai American Chamber of Commerce Education Committee, Shanghai Rotary, and the Shanghai Boat and Yacht Club, for which he built and sailed 18-foot New England Catboats.

He holds 2 MA degrees focused on China, studied Chinese at Harvard, and Artificial Intelligence at MIT. Will is fluent in Chinese, he used Chinese in business for 15 years. Will speaks Japanese, too.
Will has presented to large and small audiences for 25 years. He is available for speaking engagements, strategy, and negotiations in English or Chinese.
